We offer a 30-day refund policy on all unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email us at tryzaynalife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. We cannot offer refunds on opened, used, or damaged products.
